Two issues per year. Subscriptions are by the set of two issues. Current and future issue rates (for Issues 39-40 (1996), Issues 41-42 (1997) and following if ordered in advance): $40 per two issues for libraries, institutions, and through dealers; $20 for individuals for personal use. Back issue rates (Issues 23 through 38, except 34, which is sold out): $45 and $25 per set of two.
